We work with landlords and the building code department towards resolving building code violation cases. For example, we negotiate with the department attorneys towards reducing the violation fines. Moreover, we work with architects, contractors, building inspectors, building code attorneys, and the landlord towards obtaining permits and conducting work to resolve the issues. We also use expediters who accelerate the permit application process. We follow the permit approval process until the permits are issued and the work is completed to comply with the building code department.
